Arash Ajoudani from IIT is finalist of the 2015 Georges Giralt PhD Award for the PhD thesis: "Transferring human impedance regulation skills to robots". This an annual award given by euRobotics AISBL, the association of European industries and research centers working in robotics for the best PhD thesis in Europe. The aim is to encourage high-quality work amongst young researchers in their first research period.
